On so many of the Bad Girls message boards, people are always choosing between Helen Stewart and Nikki Wade. I know some of it has to do simply with whether you are more attracted to the slighter, femme governor or to the tall, dark and handsome soft butch con.
I personally find them both VERY attractive and some of it has nothing to do with their looks. I think I mentioned in another post that I saw a couple of episodes of the show without knowing who was whom and I did not go ga-ga over either of them. But as I got to know them and watched their internal and external struggles, I absolutely fell in love with each of the characters.
The outward (some might say superficial, since you're also talking about the actress who plays the part) reasons to love each of them include Nikki's sultry and sexy voice, her full, very kissable lips, her almost golden eyes which show every emotion she feels, her perfect breasts, and very nice bum. Helen's physical attributes include her very sexy Scottish brogue, her pouty lips, her exquisite hazel eyes, and oh, the cleavage for days.
Okay, so I've gone down that road, I know. But it's still all the love, compassion and respect they exude that makes those things double in my estimation.
The main reason that I love them so much and love them equally is that I can relate to them both.
Nikki Wade is whom I aspire to be (married to her principals; kind in a genuine way; loyal to a fault; totally sure of right and wrong; single-minded in her determination to right any wrongs; well-read and quite witty).
Helen Stewart is the one I am more like (outwardly confident, especially in the area of her job, yet internally insecure; somewhat awkward in certain situations; not wanting to stand out or appear different; yet loving and kind with a great sense of humor).
I cannot gush enough about how well the two actresses, Simone Lahbib and Mandana Jones made Helen and Nikki come to life. I totally believed these two people were in love and would do just abut anything to be together and to better the other's lot in life.
I'm just so glad I finally found the show.
